Description
Continental is hiring a Controls & Drives Maintenance Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical production equipment, PLCs, drives, IPCs, and related control systems in its manufacturing area. The role includes preventive and predictive maintenance, spare-part management, documentation, standards development, supplier coordination, and 24/7 remote or on-site support. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field is required, while fresh graduates are welcome; candidates should have 0–10 years of controls and drives experience, PLC programming knowledge, electrical-drawing skills, and English communication ability.
