Sperton Norway is seeking an experienced Embedded C++ Developer to work full-time in Oslo on the development, testing, debugging, and optimization of embedded software and firmware using C/C++. The role involves developing firmware for microcontrollers and SoCs, working with RTOS, bare-metal, and Embedded Linux environments, interacting with hardware and electronic components, using communication protocols, performing hardware-near debugging, and contributing to integration, verification, validation, and software architecture. The position requires professional C/C++ and embedded-systems experience, knowledge of hardware interfaces and low-level software, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Norwegian and English.
