Description
Vigor Marine is hiring an experienced Electronics & Electrical Test Integration Engineer to support the construction, integration, dock trials, and sea trials of the MSV(L) program in Vancouver, Washington. The role is hands-on and embedded in the shipyard, bridging engineering, production, vendors, and government-furnished equipment providers to validate navigation, communications, mission, network, machinery control, power distribution, safety, and alarm systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or marine engineering or equivalent experience, at least seven years of shipboard electrical/electronics integration experience, and familiarity with PLC systems, marine power distribution, shipyard drawings, and troubleshooting. The position requires 90% travel, background checks, US citizenship, and drug screening, and pays $120,000 to $145,000 per year.
