Ajax Systems is hiring a C++ Embedded Engineer for its Video team to develop embedded C++ software for NVRs and cameras. The role covers the full software stack, including vendor SDKs, multimedia pipelines, network protocols, device UI, AI object detection and tracking, cloud archiving, video streaming, and new platform support. Candidates need at least four years of C++ experience, knowledge of Boost and asynchronous processing, testing skills, and familiarity with git, cmake, and gdb; embedded systems, Linux, video streaming, RTP/RTCP, and open-source libraries are advantageous.
