Pico is hiring a C++ Engineer (Decoders) to design and develop new features across its product range, focusing on real-time and historical market data, network data analysis, and high-performance, high-availability systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, 2–3 years of development experience, expert C++ development under Linux, and knowledge of Python, shell scripting, algorithms, design patterns, multithreading, automated testing, Linux debugging tools, and IP networking. The position is hybrid, with weekly office time and flexibility to work from home, and may involve travel across EMEA, USA, and APAC.
