The role is based in Nuremberg with hybrid work and involves third-level incident coordination, technical error and log analysis, bug identification, support-case distribution, incident documentation, improvement analysis, and contributing to VISIT development through new features, bug fixes, and technical optimizations. The position requires a STEM degree or comparable IT application-development training, strong C#/.NET and ASP.NET/SQL knowledge, and very good German with good English.
