Description
Trinity Metro is hiring an immediate Bus Shop Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on transit buses, trucks, automobiles, and related equipment, including electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, lighting, fluid, engine, transmission, and vehicle-starting work. The role also involves assisting with complex repairs, emergency road calls, offsite dealership repairs, vehicle operation, and shop maintenance. Candidates need one to two years of motor-vehicle or transit-bus service experience and a Texas Class B CDL with air-brake and passenger endorsements, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days. The schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, with shift differentials and weekend pay.
