Description
The Senior Electrical CAD Designer will develop and maintain 2D shipboard electrical power and control schematics, PLC diagrams, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and related documentation. The role supports engineering design, vendor interfacing, fabrication, installation, design reviews, and field verification, including onboard walkdowns, ladder climbing, confined-space navigation, and work in shipyard and vessel environments. Candidates need demonstrated experience with shipboard electrical schematics, strong 2D CAD proficiency, and knowledge of drafting standards; PLC and marine or industrial engineering experience are preferred.
