FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is hiring a C++ Software Engineer for its Buyercloud (formerly Beeswax) Ad Serving team to build and scale advertising software at global scale. The role focuses on designing data- and model-driven features, improving distributed systems and infrastructure, optimizing algorithms and software architecture to reduce cloud costs, and supporting observability, on-call incident response, and documentation. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with compiled languages and Linux, and prefers 3+ years of software engineering experience plus a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
