Description
Jenoptik is hiring a C++ Software Engineer to develop, maintain, refactor, and optimize C++ applications, including legacy MFC code and new Qt/C++/Qt 6 applications. The role covers the full software lifecycle, testing, build and CI tools, code review, technology evaluation, documentation, and mentoring of junior developers. Applicants need a relevant degree and at least five years of professional experience in C++ software development or related software engineering areas, along with experience in MFC, Qt, software architecture, databases, Git, CMake, and CI tools. The working model is primarily on-site, with mobile working by agreement limited to a maximum of two days per week.
