Shield AI is hiring a full-time C++ Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain C++ and Python software for complex cross-platform systems. The role focuses on systems architecture, APIs and messaging interfaces, third-party and hardware integration, distributed-system debugging, CI/CD, Docker, CMake, and automated testing. Candidates need substantial related experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong C++ and Linux skills, and an active SECRET clearance; simulation, avionics, networking, and real-time systems experience are preferred.
