Illumio is hiring a C++ Systems Software Engineer to build lightweight C++ system services for the Virtual Enforcement Node, a software agent that enforces adaptive security policies within application workloads. The role involves designing and developing features across the concept, design, and development lifecycle, with work across Unix, Windows, and macOS operating systems. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, at least five years of experience building distributed and scalable software systems, strong software application and networking experience, and proficiency in C++. The position is onsite in San Francisco or Los Angeles and requires authorization to work in the United States.
