Description
STARK is hiring a Flight Test Operations Coordinator to plan and coordinate flight test campaigns across multiple programs, with Germany as the operational hub and the rest of Europe in scope. The role owns logistics, range bookings, airspace clearances, regulatory approvals, equipment and personnel transport, stakeholder coordination, schedule-risk escalation, readiness checks, debriefs, and scalable test processes. Candidates should have experience coordinating technical field operations or test campaigns, knowledge of European airspace and UAS/aircraft permitting, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
