Description
STARK is hiring a Hardware and Payload Integration Engineer to own day-to-day technical integration across hardware, payload, and embedded subsystems. The role works directly with engineering teams to resolve interface conflicts, maintain requirements and verification traceability, manage technical dependencies, introduce integration processes, solve problems hands-on, support the integration lead, and help build the integration team. Candidates need proven system integration experience in hardware, payload, embedded, defence, or aviation environments, technical depth at the engineering level, experience with complex multi-team programs, and fluent English; German is a plus.
