Lockheed Martin is hiring a C130J Flightline Completion Manager in Marietta, Georgia, to oversee C130J aircraft through avionics checkout, fuel functional checkout, engine runs, system checkouts, and final inspections before sale and delivery. The role manages daily aircraft workflows, reallocates resources, coordinates cross-functional teams, escalates unresolved constraints, and supervises subordinate recruitment, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions. It requires flightline management experience, knowledge of Lockheed Martin processes, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams; C130J system and flightline experience is desired. The position is full-time, requires U.S. citizenship, and offers a salary range of $109,700 to $203,700 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
