JCTM is seeking a C2 Data and AI Capability Subject Matter Expert to accelerate the modernization of Marine Corps enterprise command and control (C2) and decision support systems. The role involves shaping data integration, AI adoption, requirements development, and governance, requiring a blend of technical fluency and programmatic execution. Key responsibilities include providing executive decision support, overseeing data and AI integration, spearheading requirements development, developing policies and standards, designing and validating solutions, evaluating systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and offering technical leadership. The ideal candidate will apply state-of-the-art technology like data integration approaches and AI-enabled decision support concepts to enterprise C2 environments, expanding expertise and contributing to strategic goals.
