QBE, LLC is hiring a C2 Interoperability SME Embedded Technical Advisor to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role supports Bulgaria’s assessment and modernization of command-and-control capabilities by mapping architectures, identifying interoperability and sustainment gaps, evaluating C2 technologies, translating operational needs into technical requirements, supporting acquisition and security-cooperation documentation, coordinating vendor demonstrations, and leading architecture and requirements reviews. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of C2 or defense capability development experience, a Secret security clearance or ability to maintain it, and willingness to reside and travel as required. Compensation is projected at $116,000 to $145,000, with health insurance and other benefits depending on the position.
