Description
GoTo is hiring a Software Development Intern for its C3PO team, a generalist engineering role focused on call-center routing, queue and agent-status management, and analytics. The intern will collaborate with engineers and mentors, participate in code reviews and deployments, contribute technical documentation, and explore new product ideas within an Agile environment. The role requires a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, hands-on experience with core programming languages or application frameworks, and English and French communication skills. It is a full-time 40-hour-per-week internship with a hybrid work model, a company-provided laptop, and hourly compensation of $25 to $31 depending on experience.
