The Phlebotomist performs venipunctures and plasma collection, operates automated plasmapheresis machines, monitors donor safety and comfort, maintains equipment and records, manages biohazard waste, and supports donor service and regulatory compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, applicable state certification or licensing, prior training, and the ability to work flexible daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.
