Ascend is hiring a Senior Accountant for Tronconi Segarra & Associates’ Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practice. The role manages accounting engagements across multiple clients, leads month-end and year-end close, prepares and reviews financial statements and reconciliations, supports controllership and CFO-level engagements, and provides financial analysis and advisory insights. Responsibilities also include client onboarding, cloud accounting implementation, workflow automation, process improvement, and mentoring junior accountants. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 3–5 years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, month-end close and reconciliation experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The annual base salary range is $72,000–$80,000.
