Description
SimpleXX is seeking a Cabin Customization Configuration Manager for Airbus at the Finkenwerder site on a temporary employee-leasing basis with an option to take over. The role serves as the central contact for cabin configuration and customer requirements, integrates and validates customer options and configuration changes, prepares MOD setups, maintains configuration data in the ACC database, supports project and engineering teams, and improves configuration processes. Candidates need a university degree in engineering, aerospace, business informatics, or a comparable field, professional experience in configuration management, aerospace, and project management, knowledge of change and process management, basic cabin design knowledge, and fluent German and English. The position offers a generally unlimited employment contract, customer takeover prospects, above-tariff compensation, and an option to work from home by agreement.
