Description
The Cabin/Laundry Steward/ess cleans and services up to 16 guest cabins, including turndown and embarkation setup; restocks amenities, maintains public areas and linen storage, handles guest and crew laundry, checks externally laundered linen, greets guests on embarkation days, and reports guest complaints, equipment damage, safety hazards, and other issues. The role also includes luggage service, loading, garbage off-loading, inventories, cross-departmental assistance, and safety-drill participation.
