The Cabinet Field Supervisor develops, implements, and supervises cabinet-based projects across the Eastern Virginia coastal regions, coordinating information between the corporate office and field teams. The role manages project direction, budgets, job-site issues, safety and quality procedures, installer and store guidance, reporting, and problem-solving. Candidates need cabinet construction or project-management experience, blueprint-reading ability, strong communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
