Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating a variety of machines, measuring devices, and load testing equipment.
Proficiency in a multi-stage production process.
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Ability to utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures for dimensional conformance and setup verification.
Skill in operating rotary swagers, pneumatic and hydraulic crimpers and presses, grinders, and load testing machinery, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with precision measuring equipment.
Ability to verify, inspect, and change out dies and other tooling.
Responsibility to respond to abnormal equipment behavior and notify appropriate personnel.
Capacity to identify materials based on labels and specifications.
Understanding of material properties to achieve correct finished good tolerances.
Effective communication with management regarding production status, non-conformances, or material concerns.
Adherence to production drawings, work instructions, and part specifications.
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
Maintenance of a clean and safe work area and compliance with safety procedures.
