Ingserv is hiring a full-time Cable Assembly Specialist in Kassel, Hesse, to manufacture, assemble, test, repair, and maintain cables and cable harnesses. The role involves working from technical drawings, bills of materials, and work plans; stripping, heat-shrinking, crimping, soldering, assembling connectors, inspecting work, and documenting testing steps. Candidates need relevant electronics, mechatronics, or automotive mechatronics training, practical cable-assembly experience, soldering and crimping skills, and the ability to work independently and in a two-shift system.
