Description
Source Engineering & Manufacturing is hiring a Cable Assembly Supervisor for its Plymouth, Minnesota cable cell. The role is 50/50 between hands-on cable and harness assembly and leading the production floor, including workload planning, staffing, training, performance reviews, IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards, and bottleneck resolution. Candidates need hands-on cable assembly experience, IPC/WHMA-A-620 familiarity, supervisory experience, and the ability to read engineering drawings and schematics. The position is full-time, on-site, day-shift, overtime-eligible, and pays $30–$35 per hour with 401(k), health and dental insurance, and performance bonuses.
