The role trains fitters, trainees, and partner companies in cable assembly and work under voltage, develops assembly training, checks installation quality and materials, analyzes equipment faults, and creates practical assembly instructions. Applicants need an electrical apprenticeship, cable assembly experience, knowledge of medium- and low-voltage installation techniques, a valid Class B driver’s license, and a safe, independent, team-oriented approach.
