Description
The Data Center Splicer installs, routes, terminates, tests, documents, and troubleshoots fiber optic cabling in mission-critical data center environments. The role supports new construction, expansions, maintenance, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing while coordinating with project teams and following safety and quality standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of fiber optic splicing experience, proficiency with fusion splicing and fiber testing equipment, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments and travel to project sites.
