Description
Colossal Contracting, LLC is hiring a Cable Technician to support government customers across the United States. The role involves designing and configuring data communication systems, installing and supervising wireless access points, pulling and terminating Cat 5 and Cat 6 cables, investigating customer issues, maintaining inventory, and traveling frequently throughout the country. The position is based in the DC/MD/VA region and requires prior telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related experience, familiarity with telecommunications equipment, strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Base pay is $20–$30 per hour, with employer-paid health insurance, a 401(k), and PTO.
