TEKsystems is hiring a full-time, day-shift Data Center Cable Technician for a four-month contract based in Omaha, Nebraska. The role involves installing, pulling, routing, terminating, testing, and documenting Cat6 and fiber optic cabling in live data center environments, including cable pathways, ladder racks, j-hooks, and cable management systems. Lead Technician candidates need at least three years of structured cabling experience, while Helpers/Junior Technicians need six months to two years of relevant construction, low-voltage, electrical, or cabling experience. OSHA 10 certification and reliable transportation are required, and the position is fully onsite with a pay range of $30.00 per hour.
