Description
The Lead Forensic Interviewer will coordinate and conduct forensic interviews of alleged child victims of abuse, neglect, or violence; manage multidisciplinary team schedules; document findings; recommend follow-up; liaise with law enforcement, prosecutors, DSS, and other agencies; and testify in civil and criminal proceedings. The role also includes training, case reviews, peer reviews, and ongoing education in child maltreatment and forensic interviewing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Human Services, at least five years of experience working with children and families, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and web management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug test and undergo a background investigation.
