Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Program Manager to coordinate tasks across Digital Design, Implementation, Layout, DFT, Mixed Signal Development, and CAD/Flow Development teams throughout IP and SOC development. The role manages cross-functional, multi-time-zone projects, tracks deliverables, establishes risk management processes, facilitates status meetings, presents project status to customers, and ensures quality and customer satisfaction. Candidates need a BS/MS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, prior experience in at least two semiconductor backend functions, and 10+ years of semiconductor experience managing backend deliverables, along with project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
