The CAD/BIM Drafting Technician independently creates and maintains CAD, 3D, and BIM construction plans for office, industrial, and public-sector projects; updates existing layouts and specialist planning; and coordinates with specialist engineers. The role requires drafting-technician training or a similar qualification, relevant construction-drawing experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
