The Space Planning Analyst will produce rapid 2D test-fit layouts, evaluate building constraints, maintain CAFM and drawing data, and create visual space-planning graphics for occupancy planning and executive reviews. The role requires advanced AutoCAD skills, at least two years of experience with an IWMS/CAFM system, real estate measurement knowledge, and a degree in architecture, design, or a related technical field. The stated annual salary is $150,000, with benefits provided by ABM.
