Description

Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India is hiring a CAD customization software developer to build desktop applications, macros, plugins, and automation solutions for automotive design using Siemens NX and .NET technologies. The role covers NXOpen/UFUNC API development, UI creation, architecture documentation, prototyping, testing and deployment, Agile/SDLC participation, stakeholder and customer coordination, project planning, and adherence to coding, DevOps, cloud, and organizational standards.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech)
Required Previous Experiences: 3–6 years of relevant experience
Experience in CAD/CAE customization, preferably with Siemens NX
3–6 years of NXOpen/UFUNC API experience
3–6 years of experience with C#/.NET, VB, C/C++, scripting, and XML
3–6 years of Visual Studio 2019/2022 experience
3–6 years of UI, Block Styler, or WPF experience
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of service-oriented, microservices, and enterprise architecture patterns
Knowledge of AI and deep learning
DevOps and cloud knowledge
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Kanban
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
