Description
The CAD Design Engineer develops 2D and 3D models, drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and technical documentation for power quality and power systems equipment. The role supports new product development, custom-engineered solutions, prototype builds, design validation, manufacturing compliance, engineering change management, root-cause analysis, audits, and value engineering. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology, at least three years of CAD design experience in manufacturing, proficiency with 3D CAD software, and knowledge of GD&T, drafting standards, and manufacturing processes.
