Description
Arm is hiring a CAD-DFT Engineer to develop and maintain scalable DFT methodologies, flows, automation, and reference solutions for Arm-based SoCs. The role covers RTL-to-GDS and silicon enablement, EDA vendor enablement, technical reviews, complex integration challenges, and guidance of engineers on the DFT and automation roadmap. Candidates need at least three years of industry experience in DFT implementation, methodology development, and flow integration, along with expertise in scan, compression, ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, JTAG, IEEE 1687, hierarchical DFT, EDA tools, and scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, or Shell.
