35 North is hiring a full-time, permanent CAD Drafter to prepare, modify, review, and package 2-D and 3-D MEP and architectural drawings for capital projects. The role works with design engineers, project managers, and draftsmen, maintains digital project records, performs quality checks, and supports project delivery. The position may alternate between the company’s Durham, North Carolina headquarters and client job sites, with exposure to construction-site conditions. An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or five years of experience is required; four or more years of CAD department experience is strongly preferred.
