Exacta, dba LANDMARK is hiring a CAD/Survey Calculations Technician to prepare and review survey calculations and staking drawings for residential construction, including houses, additions, subdivisions, dirt work, and as-built surveys. The role involves interpreting site plans and plats, performing construction calculations, creating master staking drawings, preparing dirt calculations, and preparing Rockford closing as-builts. The position is office-based and can be performed remotely, preferably in Eastern or Central time zones, with training provided for workflows, software, and client requirements. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of surveying-related drafting experience, CAD and Civil 3D skills, strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
