Apple is hiring a hardware CAD engineer to develop and validate electromagnetic simulation methodologies for advanced RFIC and multi-die designs. The role involves maintaining finite-element and method-of-moments solvers, automating SOC electromagnetic analysis flows, supporting design groups, and collaborating with EDA vendors and foundries on tool qualification, debugging, and enhancement. Candidates need EDA, CAD-flow, and RFIC experience, proficiency in Tcl, Python, or Perl, relevant electromagnetic analysis experience, and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
