Description

PsiQuantum is hiring a CAD Engineer for its Electronic-ICTeam to maintain design databases, foundry PDKs, and CAD tools; develop automation with Perl, Python, and Cadence SKILL; support Virtuoso, ADS, HSPICE, and Verilog/System Verilog workflows; and improve cloud-based design infrastructure. The role requires an EE degree with substantial experience, knowledge of VLSI design, and strong programming and problem-solving skills. It is a full-time position with geographic-zone-based base salary, equity, and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience for the B.S. Electrical Engineering path
3+ years of experience for the M.S. Electrical Engineering path
Experience with version control and design data management systems
Experience with Perl, Cadence SKILL, and Python
Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of MOSFET device behavior, CMOS layout, and VLSI design
Excellent programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Great communication skills
Passion for providing excellent end-user support
