Description
The CAD Engineering role leads or supports printed circuit board design for rugged, high-frequency electronic packaging used by warfighters and first responders. Responsibilities include designing and modeling high-speed backplanes, cables, and flex circuits; performing PCB placement, routing, and final reviews; using Cadence/Allegro; supporting fabrication vendors; improving CAD processes; and managing third-party CAD engineering. The role requires 7+ years of PCB design experience, high-speed and RF routing expertise, DFM experience, and a government security clearance.
