The CAD Modeler will translate industrial design intent into high-quality, production-ready CAD geometry for humanoid robot NEO, balancing surface quality, mechanical integration, packaging, prototyping, and manufacturability. The role involves developing complex surfaces, resolving assembly conflicts, supporting physical prototypes and mockups, and improving CAD workflows. Candidates need at least five years of experience in CAD modeling, digital surfacing, Class-A surfacing, digital sculpting, or a related field, along with proficiency in professional surfacing tools such as Alias, Rhino, CATIA, or NX. The position is based in San Carlos and offers $150,000–$166,000 annually plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
