Roush is hiring a full-time CAD Pattern Technician in Livonia, Michigan, to create 2D patterns from CAD models or physical products for automated cutting machines, optimize material utilization, verify product fitment, maintain documentation and build schedules, and support shop operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of CAD software experience, basic automated cutting software knowledge, mechanical and tooling skills, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
