Description
The CAD Tech Engineer supports design engineering by drafting and detailing 2D or 3D computer-aided drawings for new or modified architectural glass and building products. Responsibilities include extrusion, assembly, bills of material, fabrication, glass and glazing, and assembly instruction drawings, while coordinating with manufacturing and other engineering teams. The role requires an associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical training, AutoCAD experience, knowledge of metal fabrication and cutting or milling equipment, and strong communication and organizational skills.
