Description
Oneida Professional Services is seeking a full-time CADP Instructional Systems Designer to work at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, Alabama. The role designs, develops, maintains, and revises curriculum and instructional materials for CADP courses; coordinates with government subject-matter experts; applies the ADDIE model and Bloom's Taxonomy; ensures Section 508 accessibility; maintains design documentation; conducts research and quarterly quality reviews; and ensures compliance with Air University, DAF, accreditation, and CLDS standards. The position is contingent upon the award of a federal contract and requires a bachelor's degree, three years of instructional design and learning program development experience, formal training in instructional systems design, training, or education, online learning experience, LMS experience, and academic curriculum-development experience.
