Oneida Professional Services is seeking a full-time CADP Training and Development Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, Alabama. The role delivers online and resident instruction for the Department of the Air Force Civilian Associate Degree Program, teaches up to 20 course sections annually, develops instructional materials, facilitates learning through LMS platforms, grades coursework, supports students, conducts needs assessments, and participates in curriculum and faculty activities. The position requires a master's or doctorate in management, leadership, or a related discipline, LMS and synchronous online teaching experience, university-level teaching experience, Air Force civilian or military experience, and two years of Air Force academic writing experience. CADP Faculty Preparation Course completion, Academic Instructor Course completion, leadership-course teaching experience, and military-affiliated higher education experience are preferred. The position is contingent upon award of a federal contract.
