Description
IAV Group is seeking a CAE Simulation Specialist – Range & Efficiency to support electric and hybrid vehicle development, with a focus on optimizing vehicle range, energy efficiency, and simulation-driven performance improvements. The role involves using MATLAB/Simulink and other CAE tools to build, correlate, validate, and refine simulation models, collaborate across engineering teams, conduct vehicle range testing, and document actionable findings. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering field and 3–10 years of relevant experience, and is based at IAV's North American Headquarters in Novi, Michigan.
