Healthy Living is hiring a Back-of-House (BOH) Lead for its Prepared Foods Cafe in Williston, Vermont. The role provides leadership to the prepared foods team when the Assistant Deli Prepared Foods Manager is absent or in conjunction with that manager, supporting production, training, packaging, and work-priority coordination during store hours. The position is full-time with flexible scheduling including weekends, pays $22.50–$27.38 per hour plus tips, and requires at least one year of supervisory and leadership experience in a production kitchen and at least three years of commercial kitchen experience.
