The Kitchen Worker cleans, organizes, and maintains food and beverage equipment, service areas, tableware, pots and pans, and storage areas; sweeps, mops, scrubs, and empties trash; and transports equipment. The role requires a Nevada Health District Health Card, teamwork, customer service, flexibility, and the ability to follow instructions. It involves physical exertion, including lifting objects over 50 pounds, and operates in a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week environment with varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
